Done a few workouts with Chad now,This has been some of the most fun and challenging training I’ve ever done. For a footy player that considers himself fit. Chad encouraged me to work on my fitness after I experienced several months of health complications following surgery. He is a patient and supportive trainer who has worked with me to gradually and progressively re-build my strength, stamina and confidence.Our routines have included boxing and kickboxing (from beginner), cardio training, strength training , high intensity interval training and appropriate warm up, cool down, stretch and muscle massage. We have used a variety of equipment safely during our training including boxing balls and bags, bench press & Olympic bar, dumbbells, battle ropes, skipping ropes, medicine balls, resistance bands, treadmill, rowing machine, air-bike and cross trainer.Chad is very in tune with me during training and knows when to suggest a challenge or a change and when to dial back the intensity to match day to today variations in my body. I have seen positive benefits not only in my physical stamina and muscle tone but also in my mental alertness and focus.Chad is highly flexible in his availability and very dependable. He is knowledgeable, caring and supportive and very genuine in wanting to help others achieve their goals.

I have been training with Chad for over 5 months now. I would say that I have enjoyed the experience very much. I really value the time I spend with him because he knows how to push and motivate me, especially when I don’t feel motivated. He cares about me, and it’s definitely not about the money or just training… he cares about my mental health and wellbeing, and is always offering his unwavering support. I really appreciate working with him and getting great value in our training sessions.. would recommend to anyone who needs a push, or motivation to move past your mental limitations..
